STORAGE

Store in cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Mix about one scoop of the powder into 300-350 of cold water or milk using a blender, shaker cup or glass and blend, shake or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. For best results, mix up your shake 30 to 60 minutes after your workout or use as an anytime snack.
