Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times & Costs

• Cyprus: 1–3 business days (local courier).
• Nicosia: Same business-day delivery available for orders placed before 10:00.
• Greece: 2–5 business days (courier or postal service).

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days.

• Other International Destinations: 7–15 business days (availability may vary).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order value. Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) are clearly indicated on our website and at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in Cyprus and Greece. 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Delivery Issues

If a package is lost or delayed, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.
